• All international orders outside the USA are shipped directly from our New Zealand warehouse.

• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
• US orders are shipped 7 days per week. For international orders, weekend orders are packed and shipped the following Monday.
• During storewide sales or new season launches, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days due to high order volumes.

• We can ship to FPO and APO addresses, but we do not ship to general PO Boxes – please use a residential or business address.
